Our Kitchen team of talented chefs is led by Peter who works tirelessly on our menus to provide our guests with the best locally sustained ingredients we can offer.

We have a Daily Menu that includes offerings from our charcoal grill, as well as a  scrumptious Sunday Menu full of seasonal delights fit for the gods! And did you know a lot of our menu items have gluten-free alternatives as well as a full range of vegan culinary delights? We are sure our menus will almost certainly have something for everyone! If you have room for a dessert why not sample our Pudding menu and enjoy a seasonal crumble or a yummy chocolate fondant……..

Our menu offering is reduced on a Monday and Tuesday to allow our talented chefs a well-earned rest and recuperate during this busy time. It is also worth noting, that we are currently looking to expand our team in the kitchen and we are currently hiring for a variety of roles ( maybe you know someone who is currently looking for a new career?)
